
The High Commissioner of Pakistan H.E. Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri attended Iftar dinner hosted by Leading Australian Pakistani Community Leader Dr Shahbaz Chaudhry on Saturday, 1st March 2025, with Ministers and MPs in Melbourne. He emphasised and appreciated the efforts of Dr Chaudhry for Pakistan community specially and Labor party in general.

Hon Julian Hill MP Assistant Minister for Multiculture and Citizenship praised the role of Pakistani community especially medical fraternity in Australian healthcare system. He spoke about Palestine issue also which was appreciated by all present.
It was an honour to arrange Iftar dinner by Shahbaz Family in Melbourne and attended by friends and families. Peter Lockwood Councillor Knox Council, Pakistani and Afghan community leaders. Special presence of Akhuwat Australia team for request of charity during Holy month of Ramadan.

Dr Shahbaz Chaudhry appreciated the efforts of the Australian Government and requested the community members to participate in the upcoming federal election.
