The decisions on false 9th May cases are dictated by the DICTATOR. It never complied with the criminal law for evidence, cross-examination, determing individual for conviction, etc. Collective Conviction of 108, is itself UNLAWFUL. Also, if the part of a witness becomes invalid for one, it can’t be implied for others for convictions. Like, if Policeman Hassam testified that he heared about the conspiracy under the table of Khan with his associates including Fawad Ch on 7th May. But Fawad presented witness that he was with Faisal Qureshi in Islambad, so he was acquitted. Another Police witness during Umrah failed to testify what he claimed earlier. Similar violations for evidence are obvious for other DICTATED Convictions to destroy PTI like MQM.
The Chief has allegedly compromised with Trump over the national security, foreign policy & natural resources just to keep Khan in prison, deseat PTI Parliamentatians to become President through 27th Unconstitutional amendment.
For the above political benefits, the Chief has apparantly agreed with the hypocritic businessman Trump to recognize Israel, nominate him for Nobel Peace Prize and to benefit his business through undercover deals of minerals, realestate & Crypto Currency at the cost of Pakistan.
He appears to be the Absolute Authority now after enslaving Parliament, Judiciary, Bureaucracy & Media through State-Terror, Financial & Political benefits. Mind it, without any ACCOUNTABILITY any under-table deal is CORRUPTION & betrayal to the motherland.
Due to our sponsored & corrupt Politicians, Generals, Judges, Bureaucrats & Journalists, Pakistan is almost on TOP in Inhumanity, Insecurity, Injustice, State-Terror, Poverty, Corruption, Brain-Drain, Begharty, etc.
In Pakistan, justice is denied, inhumanity prevails, the poor are sacrificed over the luxury of the ruling Mafia, jobless educated are leaving & the people are suiciding due to poverty. While the Agencies & Police are enjoying benefits for executing the inhuman orders, they are now protecting the Rapists, Robbers & Killers for BRIBERY.
It’s a height of shame that the Chief nominated Trump, who sponsored the GENOCIDE in Gaza & undercover made deals with sponsored & cowardly Muslim rulers. Further to prove slavery, American Gen Kurilla, the Architect of the Gaza Genocide & Iran war, is decorated with the Nishane-e-Imtiaz in Pakistan. What a shameful country, where on protest for Palestine, FIRs are done for Terrorism. SHAME on our Generals & Politicians who are bleeding the motherland to death to escape the country soon.
