When will the elections be held in Bangladesh? The head of the interim government gave the signal

Dhaka: The head of the interim government of Bangladesh, Muhammad Yunus, has given an indication regarding the date of elections in the country.

In his address to the nation regarding the establishment of Bangladesh on December 16, Muhammad Yunus said that if the electoral reforms are completed, elections can be held in the country by the end of 2025.

Muhammad Yunus said in his speech that if political consensus is created and the voter list is prepared correctly, elections can be possible by the end of 2025 with minor reforms.

He further said that elections will be possible only after electoral reforms, if further reforms are required and national consensus is taken into consideration, it may take at least 6 more months.
