Toronto police say they’ve arrested 61-year-old Joseph George Sutherland in unsolved cold-case murders of two women who were found dead in Toronto decades ago.
Erin Gilmour and Susan Tice were sexually assaulted and stabbed to death in apparent home invasions that occurred in the city months apart in 1983.
